The four burner hot plate features a stainless steel exterior and interior, ensuring durability. It is equipped with 28,000 BTU stainless steel burners with standby pilot for efficient cooking. Each burner has independent manual controls placed every 12 inches for precise temperature adjustments. The hot plate comes with adjustable stainless steel legs as a standard feature. It is shipped with a Standard Natural Gas, LP conversion kit for convenience. The lift-off cast iron burner allows for easy cleaning. The front stainless steel edge remains cool to the touch for safety. The hot plate also includes a full length seamless drip pan that can be easily removed and cleaned. It comes with a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty for added peace of mind.
